• Contact
  You contact us simply by phone or by e-mail and explain your project to us. As a result, we create a conceptual design for your public webpage as well as your web-based application (possibly as a login-protected area) and present it to you in a non-committal way. Until then we work for you at no costs. When you accept the conceptual design, we will sign a contract of employment to setup the software and to rent a web server according to the conceptual design. This initiates the so-called “Construction Phase”.
• Construction Phase
  We program your public webpage and your web-application to support your business processes based on the conceptual design and a close communication with you. We configure your web server in such a way that the agreed upon webpage and web-based application will become available.
• Testing Phase
  If not done already, you register at our webpage and, as our customer, test the application free of charge with one user. However, you pay rental costs related to the web server the application and your public webpage is running on.
  Faults in the software discovered during the testing phase will be removed by us as quickly as possible and free of additional charge. Faults mean all disturbances of functions described in the conceptual design, which were noticed by you or by us. If you request changes during the testing phase, which deviate from the conceptual design, a separate contract of employment will be required to realize them, which will prolong the Construction Phase.
• Useful Life
  After the free of charge use during the testing phase your public webpage is available application can be further used by you and an arbitrary number of users based on agreed-upon fees. You can rent it in our passwort-protected customer area monthly, quarterly or annually.

• Contacting us including the creation of a conceptual design is free of charge. During the Construction Phase we will charge you EUR 849,- per working day (8 hours per day). In addition, we will bill out-of-pocket expenses and VAT. Charges during the Useful Life of our product are based on fees agreed-upon in an individual contract which has to be initiated in our password-protected customer area. These fees depend on the number of users and the term of the contract, only and will be negotiated before the Construction Phase starts. Notwithstanding the right of extraordinary dismissal, the number of users cannot be decreased during the contract. In addition, our General Terms of Business prevail but there is an important difference to our vSaaS products that you have the exclusive right to use the vSoD product.
